2D Common Shot Wave Equation PSDM on Sigsbee2A*

Applying GDC's GSP+ Wave Equation Depth Migration, steep dipping reflectors (1) are clearly imaged as well as the subsalt horizons (2). The base of the salt (3) and the flat high velocity layer at the bottom of the image (4) are also enhanced.  The several faults below the salt, which are now visible, help to clearly delimit the different blocks (5).
